Aspect Translations Company Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Kharkiv, Ukraine February 18,2019—Aspect Translations Company, a translation agency, announced the successful completion of its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 audit for its corporate office in Kharkiv, Ukraine as of December 27, 2018.

The audit was performed by the State Enterprise; Kharkiv Standard & Metrologiya. Aspect Translations Company passed the most recent version of the audit with zero non-conformances, the best result possible. The internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard is applicable to any manufacturing or service industry.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

“We are excited to have earned the certification to ISO 9001:2015 and feel it provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction,” said Elena Kirsanova, Chief Operating Officer. “This standard demonstrates our desire to always perform at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. It’s essential to delivering innovative, high quality and customer-focused solutions to our customers.”

For any company, the road to certification requires time and commitment. Anna Nebesskaya, Manager of the Production team, “Having our entire team involved and acknowledging the importance of the business processes was key to our success in attaining ISO Certification! We began our internal preparation for certification in November of 2017, by evaluating our existing procedures and aligning them with the ISO requirements. Earning ISO 9001:2015 certification was a rigorous and thorough process, requiring the engagement of our entire organization. In advance of our required internal audit, we sent six of our key staff members through auditor training to become certified internal auditors. This allowed the company to simultaneously complete internal audits in each department throughout the year and prior to the final certification process.”

“This certification confirms that our quality management system consistently provides outstanding translation services, comply with security requirements, and drive continuous improvements that meet our customers’ needs,” said Tino Melita, CEO of Aspect. “Our team is incredibly proud to be recognized for our exemplary record and continuous improvements to our processes. Our passing of the audit with flying colors proves that we don’t just talk about quality, we live by it every day!”
