Early Bird registration is open for the industry’s only event devoted to project management, which will be held in Hamburg, Germany on 5-6 December 2019.
Now in its fourth year, Elia’s Focus on Project Management is dedicated to sharpening the skills and mindset that today’s fast-paced competitive landscape demands of our PMs. The event has a unique two-day format, combining expert speaker sessions with interactive workshops. The three tracks we will be covering during the two days are:
- Vendor management and resource allocation
- Diving into the global translation market
- Project management core competencies
On day one there will be a keynote session sharing insight and tips on a topic affecting us all – How to thrive at work in a high-stress environment. Day two will be fully interactive, with a series of breakout sessions focusing on each of the three tracks, moderated by the respective expert presenter. In addition to the main programme, the afternoon before the conference is dedicated to technology to get updated on all the latest tools and technology available, and also to meet those who design the tools.
In addition to a winning programme, there will be ample opportunities for networking on the agenda. There will be a welcome gathering at Paulaner’s – providing an authentic German atmosphere and the best of Bavarian food and drink! The Networking dinner will be held at the The Störtebeker Beer & Dine restaurant, within the emblematic Elbphilharmonie – one of the world’s largest concert halls. The restaurant offers leading regional cuisine, exclusive brewer’s specialty beer and stunning views of the Elbe river.
