The Association of Translation Companies (ATC) is a professional membership association representing over 200 language service companies in the UK and internationally.
The ATC defines standards of excellence for language service companies by promoting quality-managed services and best practice. Its members provide translation, interpreting and other language services to charities as well as and public sector and commercial organisations across the UK and the world.

At the forefront of the development of new international standards for translation and interpreting, the ATC is the founder of ATC Certification, a certification body providing ISO certification services and training to language service companies worldwide.
Developed in collaboration with the European Language Industry Association, the ATC Elia PM Training and Certification is an online, on-demand course on language services project management, delivered by industry experts and available anywhere, anytime.
The ATC collaborates closely with other language services industry associations and organisations, and is a member of the EUATC, the umbrella organisation of national associations in Europe.
