Dublin – 16 May 2019 – Iconic Translation Machines Ltd. (Iconic), a world-leading translation software company, is pleased to announce its partnership with Inventus, a leading international legal support services company focused on reducing the risks and costs associated with e-discovery.
As a proof of concept, Iconic provided its machine translation as a service to Inventus for a significant volume of diverse foreign language documents for a particular matter to produce high-quality English translations and enable a smooth, continuous review.
Now, Inventus has incorporated both Iconic’s cloud and on-premise solutions to support their global client base in their data centres in Frankfurt, London, and Chicago. Iconic technology will allow Inventus to offer cutting-edge machine translation as a core component of its service and be better equipped to quickly and securely handle foreign languages.
Iconic is upgrading to the latest generation of its Neural Machine Translation technology, and Inventus will be one of the first e-discovery service providers to incorporate this technology in their transactional and managed services business. Translation integration will be provided through Iconic’s Relativity connector, and in the near future new interfaces will be developed to give end users a wider range of choices. This affords Inventus a higher level of control over where and how data is processed for each matter as well as ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and jurisdictional blocking statutes.
