Sheetal has more than 20 years of experience and has worked in very Senior Roles in Customer Service, Operations, Process Improvement and Learning Management in Telecom and Consumer Electronics industry. She has handled varied roles as Head-Training, Culture and Organisational Development in LG, Head-Global Contact Centre and Head Customer Service for Tata Communications. Sheetal is a certified TL 9000 Internal Auditor and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She has completed her MBA in Marketing from SIBM and Post-Graduation in Advertising, Marketing and Communication from MICA.

Sandeep Nulkar

Founder & CEO | President, CITLoB

Sandeep Nulkar is the Founder and CEO of one of India’s oldest translation companies, BITS Private Limited and the Co-founder of Vernac Language Technologies that developed India’s first crowdsourced translation platform. He was recently re-elected as the President of India’s language industry body, CITLoB. He is the first Asian to receive the Outstanding Contribution to the Language Industry Award at the ATC’s Annual Language Industry Summit in 2016 and is also a recipient of the Udyami Award for Entrepreneurship.

Sandeep has been an invitee to the Language Technology consultations under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, and contributes as a Senior Member of the Indian Language Internet Alliance at FICCI, India’s premier industry body. He has also served on the Advisory Board of the Rajya Marathi Vikas Sanstha, a body constituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of Maharashtra and also contributes as a Member of the Managing Committee of the Alliance Française de Pune and on the Advisory Boards of several other academic institutions.

Sandeep is also a columnist, an author, a competitive sprinter, and an aspiring drummer.

Sarika Gulyani

Director, and Head-ICT, Digital Economy & FICCI-ILIA Division

Sarika Gulyani is the Director and Head of ICT & Digital Economy and FICCI-Indian Language Technology Alliance departments at Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). Sarika has more than 15 years of experience in regulatory affairs, public affairs, and policy advocacy of the telecom, information communications technology and digital economy sectors.

Her specific areas of focus and expertise include Indic Internet, Language Technologies, Internet Governance, M2M, AI, IOT, Mobile Technologies, Broadband infrastructure, and Enterprise IT. She has launched various international intellectual conferences and seminars like Bhashantara, Big Data Conclave, Emerging Technologies Conclave, India Internet Governance Conference, India Telecom series, Digital Bharat, i-Bharat and has been instrumental in increasing the penetration of ICT in India.

She has been working closely with government departments, industry associations, international agencies and global ICT associations on policy issues and on overall growth of the ICT, Digital Economy and Indic Internet. Sarika also represents FICCI at various national and international forums.

An Electronics & Communications engineer, Ms. Sarika Gulyani also holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from University of Delhi.

Ranjeet Oak

Chief Commercial Officer

Ranjeet Oak has over 20 years of experience across a wide range of industries, starting from manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Tech and now Alco-bev. He has had the opportunity to work across most parts of India and South-East Asia.

His current focus is to drive digital transformation across industries that have historically been considered as ‘offline’.

Ranjeet has a mechanical engineering degree from Pune, and a post graduate degree from IIM-Lucknow.

Esther spent several years in France and Luxembourg for work and study, and has since returned to her native London. She has a strong languages background, having studied for degrees in French & Linguistics and Translation & Interpreting. She went on to pursue a career in the Language Services industry, where she gained PM, technology and management experience before joining the Slator team.
