Language Services Associates (LSA) Introduces IRIS, its Latest Innovation in Mobile Video and Voice Interpretation
Horsham, PA – March 1, 2018 – IRIS is LSA’s Instant Remote Interpretation Services application, which debuted on Monday, February 26th. It represents LSA’s latest effort to help meet the growing need for healthcare providers, courts, schools and others to choose the best method of communication with individuals of limited English proficiency. The IRIS application enhances overall care and service by providing fast access to qualified video or voice interpreters from the convenience of a computer, tablet, or smart phone.
IRIS combines a high-quality, encrypted connection with a user-friendly interface. The app offers more than 240 languages, including rare languages and American Sign Language (ASL) with 24x7x365 access to video-capable interpreters in 15 of the most commonly requested languages.
