Enterprise Sales Manager – Global B2B Product (Memsource)

What you’ll do on a daily basis:
International business development providing translation solutions to global enterprises
Build relationships with key decision makers throughout the sales process and serve as a trusted customer success manager following purchase
Provide in-depth online demos and craft technology solutions to address customer’s business requirements
Respond to RFIs and tenders, prepare quotes, address questions and concerns
Responsible for the full sales pipeline of customer acquisition and account management
Create and develop international sales and client support programs
Represent Memsource abroad at conferences and client meetings
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams
Based in Prague office or Silicon Valley
This role will include international travel

Who we’re looking for:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in software or cloud solutions, with proven results
Strong communicator, with excellent presentation and business writing skills
A strategic sales mind and a solid negotiator who is able to build long term relationships with clients
Experience in consultative selling and able to communicate added business value from technology solutions
Solutions architect – advanced technical background with the ability to problem solve and provide solutions to address client’s business needs
Experience with Salesforce CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
Fluency in English – C1 level min., other foreign languages are an advantage (Czech not required).
Self-motivated and results-driven team player
Able to learn technology quickly – translation industry exposure is an advantage
