This is an exciting role for an experienced technical support professional to manage our Technical Support team. Our team is recognized for its quick response and ability to work with global customers, this role will continue to build on this success and improve the technical experience of Memsource users around the world.
What you’ll do on a daily basis:
- Manage and develop our Technical Support team
- Meet technical support objectives and SLAs
- Gather product feedback from customers
- Work with the product, sales and engineering teams on product enhancements
- Work with key customers to meet their specific needs
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in leading or being part of a Technical Support team
- Highly motivated individual to become a good Technical Support team leader
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Excellent technical skills / strong technical background
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including, mentoring, coaching, presentation skills and the ability to interact with colleagues at all technical levels
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Fluency in English – C1 level min., other foreign languages are an advantage
- You are a team player and are able to join our Prague-based team
