Global Enterprise Sales Manager

Headquartered in Seattle and with offices in Prague and Dublin, Nimdzi Insights serves global customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Nimdzi services are used around the world by global companies like Uber and Airbnb, and some of the world’s largest translation agencies. Nimdzi Insights is a diverse team of analysts, linguists, consultants, technology geeks, and researchers with one goal – helping our clients succeed in the global marketplace while having fun!

In this position, you will drive global sales with key enterprise clients around the world to ensure continued company growth, all while working in a creative, innovative, start-up environment with an experienced and supportive team. We’ve grown our team recently and are looking to add another member to the collective.

What you’ll do on a daily basis:

  • International business development, providing translation solutions to global enterprises.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales process and serve as a trusted customer success manager once a partner has started working with us.

  • Lead in-depth discussions about customer challenges and address customer business requirements. Must be able to pin down what challenges a company has and how our services may address their needs.

  • Prepare quotes, be responsible for the full sales pipeline of customer acquisition and account management.

  • Create and develop international sales and client support programs.

  • Represent Nimdzi abroad at conferences and at client meetings.

  • Collaborate with consultants and researchers to identify new opportunities and tasks.

Based anywhere around the world

This role will include international travel.

We are looking for:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with proven results.

Strong communicator, with excellent presentation and business writing skills

A strategic sales mind and a solid negotiator, able to build long-term relationships with clients.

Experience in consultative selling and able to communicate the added business value of Nimdzi services.

Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to address client business needs.

Experience with CRMs, forecasting, and pipeline management

Self-motivated and results-driven team player.

An understanding of the translation and localization industry is an advantage
