Management of all Project Managers, within their team, ensuring they are working effectively and developing their skills/competences. The Program Manager is also the main primary interface with key clients in their team and they carry full responsibility for delivering against client satisfaction and responsiveness, delivery, revenue and profitability targets assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced knowledge of all aspects of localisation process including software engineering, DTP, graphics, translation, testing, internationalisation, multimedia and extensive knowledge of translation and workflow tools and process.
  2. Strong client facing skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills
  3. Educated to Degree Level in either Computer Science or a business related area
  4. 5 years + experience in hands-on project management of large, complex IT projects
