Experienced Business Development Manager
XTRF is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager. Our steady growth across all teams found us looking to extend the capacity of our sales team with another Senior BDM.
XTRF is one of the most popular and fastest-growing management systems for Language Service Providers and corporate translation teams. Since 2010, XTRF and its innovative cloud-based system, has been offering the most user-friendly approach to managing and automating translation projects to improve turnaround time, reduce repetitive manual tasks and cut overall project costs.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential sales opportunities, conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new
- clients to develop into new accounts
- Execute and coordinate the sales process involving internal and external stakeholders,
- promote solutions, close deals
- Meet planned sales goals
- Understand different market verticals and execute adapted sales strategies in these verticals
- Represent the company at trade shows and other events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 experience in enterprise software sales and/or the localization industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and with strong attention to detail
- Able to influence and negotiate with key decision-makers
- A high level of initiative and creativity
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus
