Space TMS is in the beginning phase of launching into the sky. We are passionate about developing a product that makes a difference. Space TMS is a translation management system build on real life example. It joins translators directly with Language Service Providers (LSP) increasing effectiveness of translation processes.
Currently we are looking for people that will join us in our journey. We as a team share your motivation and maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere where work of each individual is valued.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for sales processes cycle (from qualifying leads to close) involving internal and external stakeholders,
- Serve as the primary pre- and post-sales contact person,
- Active cooperation with regional distributors,
- Reach (and exceed) monthly KPI for prospecting and converting end customers,
- Gather feedback from customers in terms of future development directions to fulfill desired needs,
- Represent the Space TMS at trade shows and other events,
- Lead program demonstrations for potential customers.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of translation industry,
- 2+ years of sales experience,
- Solid sales fundamentals, business and sales acumen,
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus,
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written to navigate colleague, customer and partner interactions (trust and good relations matters),
- Effectively manage customer relationships with own responsibility for renewals,
- An easygoing personality with a tolerance for different cultures,
- Self-organized person with high level of initiative and creativity.

- Flexible working hours within a full-time contract.
