ND Focus – Elia’s focus on Sales & Marketing takes place in Geneva on 6-7 July
Early Bird registration is now open for Elia’s latest ND Focus event, which will help language service companies to expand their customer base and boost profits by focusing on the crucial role of sales and marketing.
This inaugural two-day event distils the latest sales and marketing knowledge into a focused event that will develop individual professionals’ skillsets and provide them with proven approaches to implement in their company. The in-depth, hands-on agenda comprises two presentations and three workshops, delivered by experts from beyond the industry as well as some of the most highly-regarded speakers in the language service business.
In the first interactive workshop, sales and marketing expert Dr. Jan Helge Guba of the Ruhr-University of Bochum will show attendees how to approach the essential task of client need sensing using scientific perspectives and practical tools. In workshop two, Richard Brooks and Samantha Brown of K International outline how the under-used practice of pricing innovation can affect the bottom line and add tangible value to the customer’s offering. In workshop three, consultant and serial entrepreneur Andreas Förster will provide attendees with the mindset, strategies and communication techniques for successful negotiation that feels natural.
The theme of authenticity also features in the two presentations on the agenda: Andrew Lawless will explain how each individual’s natural talents and instinctive strengths can be used to drive sales, and digital marketing expert Alessandra Salimbene will discuss how social media can be used to create those all-important human connections.
The agenda has been arranged to allow every participant to attend all three workshops and all presentations during the two days.
