Independent market research firm CSA Research recognizes Language Network as a leader in global language services industry
Our world continues to grow smaller, allowing different cultures to interact, work, and live together. This has created a high demand for the ability to communicate across language barriers. Meeting the demand for information in someone’s native language−and sometimes the legal requirements to do so–fuels an indispensable need for language access across translation, interpreting, and localization.
Based on validated and verified data from a representative sample of 462 language service providers (LSPs), independent market research firm CSA Research has named Language Network, including subsidiary The Language Exchange, as one of the providers leading the delivery of interpreting services. The findings are detailed in an August 2020 report, which recognized Language Network in the top 20 in-person interpreting providers in the world. It is also recognized in the top 20 providers of over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) services.

The interpreting services rankings are based on confirmed revenue from 2019—CSA Research found that the market that year for language services and supporting technologies reached US$49.60 billion.
