Leading Language Services Provider Language Insight Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Leading language services provider, Language Insight are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year as 2019 marks a decade since the company was founded, and what a journey it has been! Language Insight has grown overwhelmingly since 2009, going from a small business venture started by Managing Director Donna Twose to now being an industry leader with offices in Preston, New York and London.

For the 2018/2019 financial year, Language Insight has achieved remarkable sales growth with an increase of 33.4% against the previous year. This growth is a result of heavy investment in marketing, recruitment of key team members, office expansion and the continued delivery of customer-focused, high-quality translation and language services which is clearly demonstrated by their less than 0.05% client loss. Language Insight has also bolstered its growth by nurturing existing international client relationships in the market research, healthcare and legal fields whilst expanding its reach to new business in a variety of sectors worldwide.

As a result of their continuous growth, Language Insight has had to increase their staff intake significantly over the past few years and now employs staff worldwide throughout Europe and the US. New members have been appointed across a variety of internal teams including sales and marketing, project management, in-house language teams including translation and quality assurance as well as finance. Language Insight are continuing to invest both financial and human resources into their transcreation service, as well as investing heavily in Language Insight’s digital language services.

In 2017, Language Insight relocated from their original headquarters that were in Preston city centre, to a larger, three storey HQ in Kirkham just outside of Preston which now has over 40 in-house staff working at that location alone. Language Insight also have established offices in London and New York and have plans in the pipeline to open new offices in Europe within the next year.

The dedication that Language Insight has had over the past 10 years to providing high-quality language services is demonstrated by their numerous accreditations. Over the past few years, Language Insight has received three ISO accreditations for their Quality Management Systems, Information Security Systems and their Translation Services Management.

Language Insight’s most recent achievement, however, is winning The Queen’s Award For Enterprise For International Trade 2019. The award was given to Language Insight due to their commitment to international trade which now makes up 49% of the company’s turnover. Back in June 2019, the company’s Directors celebrated this achievement at Buckingham Palace where they were invited to attend a royal reception hosted by HRH Prince Charles.

When asked to comment on Language Insight’s success over the past 10 years, Donna Twose stated “I cannot believe that it has been ten years since Language Insight was founded. I would personally like to thank everyone who has worked with us over the past decade, including all of our staff and clients, as without them we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

Language Insight are determined to make sure that this year is just as successful as the previous 10 years, and are looking forward to seeing what the future holds as they continue to grow and provide quality language services to their clients worldwide. Language Insight have already began celebrating this milestone by hosting their very own festival themed party called ’10-Fest’ which they will be sharing on their social media later on this week.
