As a citizen of the world, Sharon McKimm was born in Jamaica and currently celebrates Ireland as her home. Sharon is a positive manager, communicator, and professional with more than 25 years working with industry leaders such as RWS Moravia, and end-client IT brands such as Microsoft. Her focus at LPG M&A is to assist clients in achieving their growth and value creation objectives. She enjoys working with clients in tackling merger and acquisition challenges such as long-term strategy and planning, as well as staffing, organic growth, acquisitions, diversification, or innovation.

After 10 years in the localisation industry working for LSPs specializing in Life Sciences, Marketing, Education, and Government content, as well as experience managing accounts in the OPI/VRI/Onsite interpretation space, Amber now finds herself as the newest member of LPG M&A. Her experience across roles of Account Management, Client Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management bolsters her unique perspective on organic and inorganic growth in the language and technology spheres, with an intimate understanding of the needs of top name end clients. Amber brings her enthusiasm and energy to LPG as a lifelong learner and eager contributor to the LPG company vision, execution, and value creation.
