We are pleased to welcome our new Head of Sales EMEA, David Brett. David is responsible for developing the EMEA region and contributing to the company’s wider global growth ambitions.
Sustainable sales growth and incremental operational improvement are essential to running a profitable business. “Evolution – not revolution – that’s my expectation from the head of the sales team,” said Konstantin Josseliani, Janus Worldwide CEO, welcoming David Brett in his new role. Efficient Sales management is a key point to the success of a company as a whole, as it allows revealing maximum potential from the entire sales team.
David began his career in localization in 2011, when he joined Language Connect (now THG Fluently) as Sales Manager for their small London-based team. Over the next eight years, he was a driving force behind the company’s international growth, recruiting, training and coaching new business development and account management teams on the ground in the UK, APAC, US and mainland Europe regions. The team grew from two to 18 people, and annual revenue increased by 700%.
Focused on becoming industry experts in their niche target vertical (market research), David’s team won numerous Virgin Fast Track 100 Awards for sales growth and a prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise, which recognizes British businesses that excel in international trade. One of David’s proudest moments during this time was when the firm was voted Best Support Services Company by the market research customer community at the Market Research Society’s Oppies Awards.
