Leading proprietary software delivers high-quality automated translations for Electronically Stored Information quickly and securely for 2,000 language combinations directly in Relativity
Dublin, Ireland – October 23, 2017 – Iconic Translation Machines (Iconic), a leading machine translation software and solutions provider for the legal industry, today announced the release of its new translation software plug-in for Relativity, the e-discovery platform.
The innovative software plug-in will be unveiled this week at Relativity Fest in Chicago, October 22-25, where Iconic will showcase how the seamlessly integrated solution helps organisations save time and costs through instant automated translation of foreign language documents for litigation, investigations, information governance, and more. Equipped to handle data in any format, on-demand, and at scale, the software delivers strategic advantage by allowing firms to search for and find relevant documents within any multilingual content directly in Relativity.
Iconic CEO John Tinsley and Global Head of Sales and Marketing Diane O’Reilly will join over 2,000 e-discovery experts at Relativity Fest to showcase the latest in enhanced foreign language document processing at Iconic’s exhibit pod.
“As multilingual data volumes and varieties grow along with e-discovery demand, we are seeing a shift in how e-discovery professionals manage foreign language review. Customised translation software with enhanced quality means faster access to information in your language, and faster identification of relevant information,” said Tinsley.
Iconic releases its Relativity plug-in at a time when foreign language content within e-discovery is becoming more complex and more frequently encountered as global data volumes and formats grow.
Supporting automatic language identification for over 50 languages and 2,000 language combinations for both native and text files, the software translates vast amounts of multilingual content quickly, securely, and effectively. The Relativity integration has also been designed to point to both cloud and on-premise versions of Iconic’s software, with the option to use geo-fenced servers in specific locations, depending on the needs of the case.
“We’re excited to welcome Iconic Translation Machines to the Relativity Ecosystem as a new developer,” said Perry Marchant, Vice President of Engineering at Relativity. “As the e-discovery process is becoming more complex, we’re glad to see more customised applications, like multilingual automated translation, built on Relativity, to help our customers accelerate their review process even further.”
Iconic is now part of the Relativity App Hub, which includes applications and integrations built by Relativity developer partners. Relativity provides organisations with a complete set of flexible tools to tackle their unique challenges through every phase of a project. As a platform, Relativity allows developer partners, like Iconic, to design, build, and integrate applications that extend its functionality.
