Join Us in Oslo at #ntif2018 on 21–23 November
Welcome to the Nordic Translation Industry Forum – a conference for everyone interested in doing language business in the Nordics. We strive to attract regional language industry experts and we also want to strengthen the Nordic language market by bringing the world to the Nordics. We want to convey the message that the language industry is ONE industry – which includes all language industry stakeholders. And hence, all of them should be able to get value from attending the NTIF.
This is a conference run by two language industry entrepreneurs with the goal of creating an inspiring business environment, making attendees feel comfortable, and having a good time. Do you want to learn something new and have fun? Come to NTIF!
Need an argument to attend?
- Learn how to be part of the richest language market in the world
- Enjoy unique speakers and fresh content
- Great networking opportunities and excellent social activities
- M&A – why does everyone want to buy their own Nordic LSP?
- Insight, innovation, business and creativity – all in the same place
At the conference we will definitely be talking about recent Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In the Nordic countries there is a lot of export companies with high language demands which makes the language industry attractive for investors. Small and specialized companies might be left behind – or benefit largely from it. It’s a bit tricky, we’ll see.
And, we always try to provide our attendees with something extraordinary – this year, our keynote speaker is a deaf rapper and we will hear his story. What’s more, we will have insightful sessions that involve the EU institutions and their upcoming technology development as well as an LSP technology panel.
This is the 8th edition of NTIF and unintentionally we have created a healthy business environment for the entire international industry, not only for companies in the Nordic region. At this year’s conference we expect companies from more than 25 countries to attend, all with the main goal of finding new business opportunities. Our Nordic touch remains though, through local speakers, local brands and topics in our program related to regional challenges.
We still have some free seats for the conference – book yours!
We look forward to seeing you in Oslo!
