Polilingua’s Translation Services Certified with ISO 17100:2015 Quality Standards

We are delighted to announce that Polilingua has successfully passed the external audits and has been certified with ISO 17100:2015 quality standards. ISO standards for translation services focus on the following criteria and guarantees:

  • Professional translators with relevant experience and expertise;
  • Skilled project managers;
  • Additional evaluation of the translations;
  • Projects are entirely based on the customers’ guidelines;
  • Translation phases are implemented in accordance with clients’ schedules, arrangements and time-frames;
  • Projects are registered and performed in our Quality Management System.

The system and translation audits certify that we have a tendency to operate with rigid internal control procedures, and a top-quality assurance philosophy engrains our company culture and everything we do, choosing extremely qualified and skilled translators, testing their skills before joining and becoming a part of the Polilingua team.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) determines worldwide standards for quality management of systems, collaborating with ninety-five countries to keep up universal standards in each business and producing processes.
