Translation Back Office Has Passed The Final Audit For CGSB 131.10-2017 Certification!

CGSB 131.10-2017 specifies the process requirements for the provision of translation services by a translation service provider (TSP).

Under the assumption that translation service providers are an essential component in assuring the quality of translation, AILIA, the Language Industry Association of Canada, has established the most advanced translation standard certification in the world.

Compliance with the CAN/CGBS-131.08-2017 standard shows the client that Translation Back Office has passed an independent audit, and thus adheres to the highest level of service.

AILIA believes all translation service providers should be able to demonstrate proof of competency, and recommends that any purchaser of translation services insist on conformity with national standards.

These national standards apply to human resources, technical competencies, quality management systems, the client-service provider relationship, translation service provider project management procedures and the translation process.

Charles Campbell, President of Translation Back Office, states “We are so proud of our achievement and will continually strive to improve the quality of our services, driving satisfaction for customers, employees, suppliers and stockholders.”
