Translation Back Office Working Towards ISO 18587:2017, ASTM F3130-18, and CGSB 131.10 Certification

“Our commitment to certification goes way back to 2009, when we certified under ISO 9001:2008. Now it’s time to set the bar even higher. We are currently in the process of preparing to certify under ISO 18587:2017, ASTM F3130-18, and CGSB 131.10,” says Charles Campbell, President of Translation Back Office. “Several years ago I sat on a plane by pure coincidence with one of the key stakeholders in creating the ASTM Guide for Quality Assurance in Translation. After a fascinating conversation, I had a three-meter by two-meter copy of the standard put up on the wall of our main meeting room.”
ISO 18587:2017 Post Editing of Machine Translation Output is a natural step for Translation Back Office, given the company’s decade of experience with multilingual MT.
