In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Cyril Drabinsky oversees the direction, strategy, and vision for Deluxe and its business units which provide global distribution services for studios and content creators across the Media and Entertainment industry. Cyril originally joined Deluxe in 1993 to lead its North America business as COO. From 2001 to 2015 he was CEO of Deluxe Entertainment Services, Inc. where he spearheaded its transition from an analog film-processing business to become the world’s leading digital post-production technology and distribution service provider. He rejoined Deluxe in 2020 after founding Hollywood-based CineVizion in 2017. Grant Straker

Co-Founder & CEO
New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year winner with his wife in 2018, a mechanical engineer by trade and former elite paratrooper Grant is the co-founder(with his wife Merryn) and CEO of Straker, a company that they built from startup to a $100m IPO on the ASX.
Of Maori descent from the Ngati Raukawa Iwi Grant grew up in New Zealand and moved to the UK as a teenager and joined the British Army in the mid 80’s. Conor Bracken

The founder and global CEO of Localization firm, Andovar, Irishman Conor Bracken has developed multiple companies through startups. A resident of Thailand for over 30 years, he co-founded and is the director of the Irish-Thai Chamber of Commerce. He is a master chess player who has competed for Ireland.
