Francesca Di Marco is the Internationalization Lead at Pinterest, where she leads the internationalization and global development program for product and marketing. She is passionate about enabling teams to achieve global scale by integrating processes and strategies, and by bridging gaps across functions and regional offices. Francesca is a lifelong language nerd, and a former lecturer on the History of Japan at Stanford University, the UK and Italy.
Bryan Forrester is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Boostlingo. Boostlingo is a technology company based in Austin, Texas that is focused on helping language agencies and language support organisations expand their service offerings, specifically in the areas of remote interpreting service delivery. Bryan is responsible for leading the Boostlingo company growth strategy, mission, and vision. Prior to Co-Founding Boostlingo, Bryan has founded several other successful technology start-ups in the IT services market and Data Security markets. Bryan has a background in building highly effective sales teams, and at his previous role as SVP of Worldwide Sales at Axcient, he led a global sales organization of over 90+ sales reps grow annual revenues past 50M annually.

Konstantin Savenkov is Intento CEO and Co-founder. After getting a PhD in 2008, Konstantin Savenkov led research and development efforts for online content services, then worked as Chief Technology Officer at Zvooq and as a Chief Operating Officer at Bookmate. In 2016, he contributed his experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), tech and operations to found Intento, Inc., where they build tools to source, evaluate and use machine translation and other cognitive AI services.
Jochen is co-founder and CEO of Coreon, the leading SaaS solution for multilingual knowledge systems. He is CEO of ESTeam AB, a provider of language technology and semantic solutions to EU organisations and corporations. He serves as vice-chairman of LT-Innovate, the Forum for Europe’s Language Technology Industry. He has a software development background and had grown his first company, TRADOS, to the world leader in translation memory and terminology software. In 2006 he founded Metaversum, the inventor of the virtual online world Twinity and was its CEO until 2010. He is a well-known, internationally respected software executive and serial entrepreneur. He serves on boards and is mentor/angel for several start-ups in Berlin.

Michel Lopez has over 30 years of experience, both in the technology and language industries. He grew up in France where he graduated with a Software Engineering degree, then taught AI in Saudi Arabia and Thailand. He founded and managed a software company in Bangkok, then managed e-commerce development teams in Thailand, Hong Kong and Silicon Valley.
In 2004, he founded e2f, a full-service localization company headquartered in San Jose and with a global presence. At the intersection of language and technology, e2f specializes in continuous translation, transcreation, machine translation, data collection and data annotation, and is developing its own annotation platform.
Michel is elated that his passions for language, software and AI are finally coming together as leading voice assistants are tackling one of the most complex challenges: understanding the meaning of what everybody is saying, regardless of their language, their ethnic origin, the content of their discussion and their emotions.

Sarkhan Lyutfaliev is the Global Director of Localization at one of the top publishers in the video game industry – Riot Games. Sarkhan specializes in organizational strategy development and general management of global localization programs. Sarkhan’s interest in Localization isn’t by chance. He fluently speaks three languages and has lived and worked internationally. Sarkhan is passionate about helping organizations develop a unique tone and voice connecting with their global audience through authentic cultural expressions that only thoughtful localization can provide. Sarkhan is inspired daily by his wife Pilar and their two children. In his free time, Sarkhan enjoys playing Strategy video games and researching topics around the future of Business and AI.

Tom Livne is the CEO & Founder of Verbit, the world’s leading AI-based transcription and captioning platform. Tom has international experience in all aspects of the tech company lifecycle, from the startup foundation stage to raising tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue. He holds vast domain expertise in enterprise software, as well as tech-enabled and SaaS business. Tom is a leader and visionary in strategy and execution across all disciplines, including general management, sales and marketing, product and technology, finance and marketplace operations. He has been instrumental in building new businesses and setting the go-to-market plan for them, developing and launching industry-leading products and technologies. He is a leader in planning and executing high-growth business plans, building worldwide distribution channels, launching strategic partnerships and in mergers & acquisitions which include complex debt financing.
Tom formerly served as a board member and investor in Convexum, which was acquired by NSO for $60M. He is an active investor in promising tech companies, including IronSource, Outbrain, Roundforest, Datadog (IPO stage), Snowflake (IPO stage), Jfrog (IPO stage) and Ncino (IPO stage). Tom holds a LL.B. & B.A. (Cum Laude) from IDC Herzliya and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Tom served in the Israel Defence Forces as a warrior and paramedic for the special forces unit of the paratroopers.

Florian is the Managing Director of Slator and host of the SlatorPod podcast. Based in Zurich, Florian Faes spent almost a decade in Asia before launching Slator in 2015. Slator is the most up-to-date source of news and analysis covering language services and technology and works as a distributed team based in Asia, Europe, and the US.

He has an MBA in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University in Washington DC and has been based in Asia for over 25 years.
Esther spent several years in France and Luxembourg for work and study, and has since returned to her native London. She has a strong languages background, having studied for degrees in French & Linguistics and Translation & Interpreting. She went on to pursue a career in the Language Services industry, where she gained PM, technology and management experience before joining the Slator team.
