Venga Global achieves ISO 9001 certification

San Francisco, CA, March 2020 – Venga Global is now ISO 9001 certified in addition to the ISO 17100 Translation Services Certification. According to the ISO, “This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.”

Venga has and will continue to ensure its processes and systems are adapted and aligned to meet the highest quality system standards, improving not only management of internal processes, but also and more importantly ensuring customer focus and delivery of customer excellence.

Venga decided to add the 9001 certification this year as part of its initiatives to further assess already strict quality and business processes.

Venga COO, Chris Phillips commented, “We already had a well-established QMS long before we considered any of the ISO standards. Its existence is a result of years of trials, errors, and successes. All the elements are a compilation of the dedication and commitment from all Venga employees who strive daily for quality processes and continuous improvement. Formalizing and aligning our QMS with the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard not only made sense but was a requirement for some large projects that we will be working on this year..”

These certifications are an important part of how Venga services its large multinational clients by meeting their vendor requirements.

ISO 9001 is the second ISO certification that Venga Global has achieved as it has been ISO 17100 Translation Services certified since the launch of ISO 17100 in 2015.
