By hiring an accredited Belbin Team Roles specialist, companies can receive Belbin Individual reports on each of their employees, showing them which of the nine team roles they best fit. A Belbin Individual report is issued after an official Belbin Self-Perception Inventory questionnaire, which reveals the employee’s Belbin Team Role strengths and weaknesses, is completed. After that, It is then recommended that the employee in question requests feedback from colleagues using the Observer Assessment, which updates the Belbin Individual Report they already have, by enabling them to see which behaviours others see and value.
